Before spearheading TA Legal Group PLLC, Tim honed his skills at a nationally-recognized boutique employment law firm, where he was instrumental in prosecuting a slew of wage and hour class and collective actions, cases of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, among other complex and significant employment litigation, securing millions of dollars in settlements.
Tim’s pre-eminence in the field is further highlighted by his tenure as a senior attorney in the elite, national labor and employment practice of an AMLAW 200 law firm. There, he distinguished himself by successfully defending employers in high-profile employment litigation. This experience equipped Tim with a unique understanding of both sides of employment disputes that he now uses to hold employers accountable for violating the rights of his clients.
Tim is a graduate of Cornell University and the George Washington University Law School. He serves as counsel to the Lanqui Hongguang Association (one of New York’s most prominent Chinese-American professional associations) and Long Island’s Unicorn Network, and is regularly invited to address a wide variety of audiences on employment law topics. Tim has been published in the New York Law Journal and quoted in the national and local press.
